PCBrawlers: Ancap Update

After a few months of absence, I am happy to announce the Ancap Update!

New Features:

- Exterminate commies who violate the NAP with Ancap, who is now a playable character! 

- 3 Playable Stages! Settle your fights in the private property known as Ancapistan, or the heart of the Commune. A BBQ party also seems to be happening in the Centrist's Backyard.

- Posthumanist AI system has been revamped completely with more dynamic decision making! (oh god they're becoming smarter)

Quality of Life Improvements:

- Stage Select menu added

- Various character bugfixes have been identified and patched, including Ancom downspecial cancel,  major grab attack softlocks, and inhuman movement from the AI.

- Projectiles will remain static when game is paused, further inputs will also not be detected

- Various lines of code have been optimized, Cleaner input and fighting system

- KO's will not be collected after game has ended 

Next Update:

- New character from the Authleft or Authright quadrants 

- Proper respawn & knock out procedures and effects

- Hitbox VFX & SFX
